An accounting department is an integral part of a small business. You should call on us whenever you have questions. We provide you with free unlimited quick consultations with your accountant to encourage you to work closely with us. (We define "quick consultations" as phone conversations lasting up to 10 - 15 minutes.)
Friendly, Experienced, and Qualified and Accountants
Our accountants all have significant Quickbooks experience and regularly receive training and supervision on accounting matters. We have QuickBooks Certified Advisors on staff as well as degreed accountants. Thus, our services go way beyond data entry and venture into business analysis and proper procedures.
High Priority Status
We cannot afford to treat your small business client as anything but a first class client because you are the only clients we choose. With us you will always be a high priority.
Ability to Track Your Business
Having monthly financial statements, graphs and charts, lets you plan and improve your business in real time, not just at the end of the year.
Tax Management
We meet with you at least each spring and fall to plan and monitor your tax obligations. As your business grows, we'll meet even more often!
